  The experience we’re looking:
  • Engineer Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, quality control area.
  • Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
  • Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
  • English 90% or above preferable.
  • Familiarity with PCBA Process 
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ability to read technical drawings and specification
  • Familiar with ISO 9001, QC080000 system, CSR & special features.
  • IATF 16949, ESD, capable of writing 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, FMEA.
  • Leadership and team management across technical personnel.
  • Advanced knowledge in AOI/X-Ray systems and inspection technologies.
  • Proficiency in metrics like MTTR, MTBF, Availability, Cp, Cpk.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines and compliance with IATF/ISO.
  • Skilled use of quality management tools and methods.
