• Descripción y Requisitos

  Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the EHS management system (safety, occupational health, and environmental).
  • Identify and control risks.
  • Lead accident and incident investigations, ensuring effective corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with STPS, SEMARNAT regulations, and automotive industry requirements.
  • Coordinate internal, external, and customer EHS audits.
  • Train personnel and strengthen the safety culture.
  • Manage programs related to electrical safety, LOTO, hot work, confined spaces, chemical handling, and hazardous waste management.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing plants (automotive experience preferred).
  • Knowledge of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 (EHS-related requirements).
  • Experience with audits and automotive customer requirements.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
