    Sales Specialist

    Position objective:

    In this position you will provide timely and accurate service to customers with active support in the commercial development of our sales activities. You will respond to customer concerns utilizing positive resolution techniques and provide the customer with other specialized assistance as required.

    Requirements:

    • Recently graduated or starting their professional development in Sales
    • Bilingual English/Spanish
    • Experience making quotes
    • Ability to understand the fundability of a product
    • MS Office Proficient
    • Availability of travel.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills

    Main responsibilities:

    • Establishes productive executive relationships with key contacts in large accounts assigned
    • Coordinates the participation of the company team in order to achieve the performance of the account and the expectations of the clients.
    • Meets profitable and strategic sales volume targets
    • Proactively leads a strategic planning of the account in the medium term
    • Knows and proactively attends to customer needs on an ongoing basis
    • Internally leads efforts to generate solutions tailored to its client
    • Attract new customers.
    • Negotiation with clients.
    • Retain current and long-term customers.
    • Contact customers and suppliers to track contracts.
    • Provide the customer with product proposals and participate in presentations.
    • Operational Productivity Analysis.
    • Maintain active and effective communication for processes related to negotiations and contracts with clients.
    • Support in the development and growth of the company through the development of products and sales activities.
    • Methodology for the introduction of new products.
    • Engineering changes evaluations and implementations.
    • Validations of customer requirements.
    • Maintenance to the Bill of Sale of the product.
    • Preparation of high-level presentations
