| Brief DeEscrituraion: | Maintenance supervisor is responsible for developing, deploying and manage all necessary maintenance programs within NMBS-Juarez facility and assure the whole operation and facility are in optimal capability and availability to operate. This position will also drive the adoption of new technologies and processes (automation, robotics, manufacturing software, data analytics, etc.) to achieve greater safety, efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement. To accomplish these goals and assure the facility is ready to commission the new systems, collaboration with Plant personnel, NMBS Engineering, suppliers, and integrators on project activities will be critical. |

| Job DDuties and RespResponsibilities: | Supervisory Responsibilities: - Hire and train new maintenance associates.
- Organize and manage all maintenance technician workloads to assure a properly support and on time.
- Full adherence to NMBS company policies in terms of safety and discipline.
- Active participation on safety programs to make sure all risks identified for safety are corrected.
- Design, develop, and execute complex automation, controls, and systems integration projects with support from the Automation Group
- Initiate and support multiple projects and implementations of varying sizes and degrees of complexity.
- Provide technical guidance during build, testing, and commissioning of new or modified machines and systems.
- Simulate, test, and troubleshoot issues with new and existing equipment, controls systems, PLC programs, and organize repairs.
- Prepare technical manuals, work instructions, training materials, and troubleshooting guides required for production equipment.
- Development of PM programs and its deployment
- Drive Preventive Maintenance through Planning and Coordination to ensure plans are in place supporting Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Make sure all repairs are completed accordingly to the right maintenance procedures and on time.
- Complete the analysis of the maintenance department budget and track down the department KPI’s.

| RequiPreferred ExperExperience | - 3 years of experience minimum as maintenance supervisor.
- Proficient on developing Predictive, Preventative, and corrective maintenance programs. – Similar to responsibility above.
- Experience with automation, motion control, machine vision, PLC programming, and HMI design.
- Technical knowledge and experience in electrical, Hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical control devices, PLC’s (AB, Schneider, M-Logic), encoders, electronic sensors, panel views, Pneumatic/Hydraulic valves, overhead cranes, welders, cutters and punch presses, safety devices, etc.
- Integration or retrofit of updated components into legacy systems (PLC/Controllers, Drives, AC and DC motors).
- DIY attitude and direct involvement on specific tasks as required.
- Vertical management experience and able to work managing workload pressure and a good reaction time.
- Adhere to all safety policies and protocols,
- Able to read and understand electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and utilities drawing / sketches.
- New project launch experience.
