Solicita: Engineering Manager

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Participates in the review of customer contracts and engineering designs by outlining requirements and considerations.
  Assists product support areas.
  Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.
  Managing a group of maintenance technicians to work on preventive and corrective maintenance planning.
  Directs the activities of engineers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.
  Interact regularly with other team members to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  Drives engineering strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend Flex capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.
  Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration.
  
  
  Requirements:
  

  BA/BS degree
  Advanced English level is required.
  Experience in similar position in metal-mechanical manufacturing environment.
  Strong knowledge and experience in mechanical/ electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
  Flexible working hours availability are required.
  Experience in preventive & predictive maintenance programs.
  Experience in spare parts inventory.
  Work on downtime reduction plans.

  Experience in:
  Acknowledge of equipment breakdowns.
  Fixing faults on site or arranging for replacement machinery or equipment to be installed.
  Keeping production managers informed of progress.
  Organizing teams or unipersonal to make sure that 24-hour cover is available.
