  GENERAL DEEscrituraION:

  An SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Supervisor manages the daily operations of an electronics production line, ensuring PCB assemblies meet quality, schedule, and safety standards. Key responsibilities include leading technicians/operators, optimizing SMT equipment (screen printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens), maintaining IPC quality standards (IPC-A-610), and troubleshooting process issues to minimize downtime.

  BASIC DUTIES:

  • Responsible for the overall productivity improvement of the SMT equipment area.
  • Propose improvement measures to increase the utilization rate of SMT machines.
  • Responsible for SMT equipment personnel management.
  • Promotion of personnel skills planning and training.
  • Responsible for training and career planning of department staff.
  • Incentivize morale within the department section.

  EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED:

  • Familiar with ISO 9001, QC080000 system, CSR & special features.
  • IATF 16949, ESD, capable of writing 8D, MSA, APQP, PPAP, CP, SPC, FMEA.
  • Have professional knowledge.
  • Good organizational planning skills.
  • Leadership.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, project planning and management skills.
  • Skilled use of quality management tools and methods.
  • English 85 +
