• Descripción y Requisitos

   Lead supply planning, inventory management, and resource management in the regional distribution center or local Sales organization. Each day, you will drive planning initiatives to improve customer on-time delivery and lead time. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring adherence to inventory and supply plan.
  
  JOB DETAIL
  
  • • Providing visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into the Sales and Operations Planning process.
  • • Running a short-, medium- and long-term planning process or Sales & Operation Execution process, ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution.
  • • Supporting the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with business functions and supply units from sister factories.
  • • Leading the demand and supply planning process between customers, logistics partners, sister factories, ensuring material availability and alignment with the master production schedule and coordinating the logistics and supply operations.
  • • Managing the end to end fulfillment cycle, securing on time delivery commitments and coordinating closely with production, procurement, and logistics.
  • • Optimizing inventory levels, leveraging demand analyses, turnover metrics, forecasting tools, and sourcing strategies.
  
  
  QUALIFICATIONS
  
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
  • • 5+ Years’ Experience in supply chain planning and fulfillment roles in a manufacturing environment (Sales &Operations Planning desirable).
  • • Project Management experience (Green Belt Certification desirable)
  • • Proficiency in Power Bi, SAP and Advanced Excel
  • • 2-3 years Team leadership experience
  • • Working with multicultural / multi time zone environment
