Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities
Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our
facilities.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills
and a comprehensive understanding of facility management, including
electrical systems, maintenance management, and project management.
This individual will lead a team of maintenance
technicians and ensure all building systems and infrastructure operate
efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

technical expertise, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Principle Responsibilities
• Supervise facility maintenance staff and coordinate
daily operations to ensure optimal performance.
• Work as a point of contact for contractors and vendors
to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
for all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades,
renovations, and repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget.
• Interpret
schematics and blueprints to effectively oversee installation and repair
tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify
areas needing repair or improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and
environmental regulations and standards, as well as promoting a safe working
environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities,
inspections, and service reports.
• Monitor and manage budgets, maintenance supplies, and
equipment inventories.
• Collaborate with external contractors for specialized
maintenance tasks as needed.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues outside of
normal business hours when needed.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience
• 10+ years of experience in building maintenance or
facilities management.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
• Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Proficient in National Electrical Code (NEC),
NFPA 70.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical
drawings, and manuals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in CAD.
• OSHA certification and other safety training.
