Solicita: Production Supervisor

• Descripción y Requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 80-100 Production Operators.
  • Ensure compliance of safety standards and promote a strong safety culture in the shop floor.
  • 3 Years Previous experience metal mechanic industry
  • Oversee daily production schedules and ensure on time delivery according production plan.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators such: Efficiency, productivity, scrap, OEE, Downtime and labor utilization.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Lead work force planning, shift organization and resource allocation.
  • Coach, mentor and develop team leaders and operators to elevate engagement and performance.
  • Manage employee performance, discipline, attendance and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure accurate production report and proper usage of system D365
  • Drives continous improvement initiatives as: lean manufacturing, 5'S, Kaizen)
