Position: SQM Engineer (Supplier Quality Management Engineer)

Job Objective
Ensure compliance with supplier quality standards through monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of processes related to supplied materials and components, guaranteeing they meet the company’s technical and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up on the quality of materials and components supplied by vendors.

• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with suppliers to resolve quality issues.

• Analyze failures and deviations in processes or materials.

• Prepare and follow up on quality reports and documentation.

• Maintain constant communication with internal teams and corporate departments.

• Support supplier audits, evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or related field).

• Experience:

  • Approximately 2 years of engineering experience, preferably in supplier quality or quality-related areas.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Basic knowledge of electronics.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Good organization and task follow-up.
