  The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor
  
  

  Responsible for supervising daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate documentation, inventory control at the dock, and on-time customer deliveries. This role leads the shipping and receiving team and coordinates with Production, Materials, Quality, and Logistics to support plant operations.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  
  *Supervise Shipping Clerks and Receiving personnel
  *Ensure accurate receipt and shipment of materials and finished goods
  *Coordinate carrier pickups and shipping schedules
  *Verify shipping documentation (BOL, packing lists, labels)
  *Maintain inventory accuracy and proper ERP transactions
  *Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
  *Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives
  
  Requirements:
  
  *High School diploma or equivalent (technical training in logistics preferred)
  *3–5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations in manufacturing
  *Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  *Experience using ERP systems and shipping software
  *Knowledge of inventory control and carrier operations
  *Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  *Experience in maquiladora or IMMEX environment is a plus
