  Job Summary
  Following established safety standards, the Automation Engineer designs, develops, and implements automation systems focused on manufacturing processes. The role contributes to increased productivity, continuous improvement, and overall operational performance by improving efficiency, reducing human error, and maximizing productivity through automated solutions. 
  
  Essential Job Functions
  
  - Design, develop, and configure automated systems for industrial, software, or infrastructure-related processes. 
  - Modify and improve automated equipment based on operational needs and production requirements.
  - Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and propose automation-based solutions. 
  - Integrate new automation systems with existing software platforms or infrastructure.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, IT) to optimize current processes. 
  - Validate system performance, efficiency, and quality; document results and technical reports. 
  - Develop and present automation project reports and KPIs to management.
  - Ensure automation solutions comply with safety standards to protect personnel and company assets. 
  
  
  Required Qualifications
  
  - Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or related field.
  - Experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing environment.
  - Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, sensors, actuators, and automation equipment.
  - Experience integrating automated systems into existing production lines.
  - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  - Ability to document processes, validations, and technical results clearly.
  
  
  Preferred Skills
  
  - Experience in electronics manufacturing environments.
  - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.
  - Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
  - Strong communication skills in technical and operational contexts.
