    Position Summary

    We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist (CIM) to serve as the primary link between the manufacturing site and business units. This role ensures that escalations, production issues, and customer-impacting situations are handled efficiently and communicated clearly. The position requires strong problem?solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross?functional teams in a fast?paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage escalations from business units and follow them through to resolution.
    • Ensure production holds and customer-impacting issues are resolved within expected timelines.
    • Act as the communication bridge between manufacturing, quality, and customer service teams.
    • Identify trends, recurring issues, and collaborate with Quality to support root?cause analysis.
    • Create weekly and monthly reports on performance, response times, and problem categories.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing and customer experience.
    • Maintain accurate records of escalations, actions taken, and outcomes.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in customer service, escalations, or operations support.
    • Advanced English communication skills.
    • Strong analysis, prioritization, and documentation abilities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Preferred: experience in manufacturing, problem?solving frameworks, or data review.
