• Descripción y Requisitos

  Purpose of the Role
  Manage and optimize production testing processes, ensuring stability and efficiency.
  
  Experience
  
  
  • Experience in electronic manufacturing or server manufacturing environments.
  • Support for production lines and test stations.
  • Participation in NPI (New Product Introduction).
  • Experience in failure analysis and process improvement.
  • Experience coordinating or supervising technical staff or operators.
  
  Technical Knowledge
  
  
  • Server architecture and components (CPU, DIMM, SSD, GPU, NIC, motherboard).
  • Linux and Windows operating systems.
  • Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting.
  • Interpretation of logs and error codes.
  • Operation of test stations, fixtures, and diagnostic tools.
  • Basic knowledge of networking and storage.
  • Basic Escrituraing or automation (Python, Bash, or similar).
  
  Responsibilities
  
  
  • Provide technical support to production lines.
  • Analyze and resolve test failures.
  • Optimize test time and yield.
  • Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Document testing processes.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Headquarters teams.
  • KPI tracking and follow-up.
  • Coordinate groups of technicians and operators during the shift.
  • Escalate technical or operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain discipline, organization, and process compliance.
