Section IV: Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Main responsibility of the quality department:
Continuous improvement of the assembly line, manufacturing, and incoming editions.
Decision regarding product release.
Defining and measuring complex problems.
Monitoring the implementation and execution of the problem-solving process.
Main interface between the end customer (PPQ ream) and the assembly line.
Main interface with internal customers for resolving problems on the assembly line.
Responsible for following up on corrective action meetings.
Supporting internal product review or inspection.
Supporting the SQE ream in the containment and implementation of corrective actions for external material.
Supporting equipment calibration and responsible for executing calibration.
Providing technical support to the assembly line.
Maintaining and coordinating good communication with the quality stakeholder.
Communicating and participating with other BRP sites for the standardization of best practices. Part of the process for approving deviation permits and engineering changes
Monitoring plant quality performance
Track balance sheet scorecard metrics and establish a plan to achieve objectives.
Participate in risk assessment identification (PFMEA) and support actions.
Support early development activities with IE and R&D.
Provide leadership to quality engineers and technicians.
Plan and train the succession team.
Develop team structures to improve departmental efficiency.
Create an innovative environment to motivate team members.
Participate in engineering and manufacturing teams on continuous improvement projects.
Perform activities related to workplace safety and organization.
Participate in the implementation of the QMS (Quality Management System) requirements for your role in relation to ISO 9001:2015.
Comply with safety rules determined according to your role.
Complete planned quality and training on time.
Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
