Solicita: CUSTOMER SERVICES SPECIALIST

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service or Inside Sales supporting OEM/B2B customers, preferably within a manufacturing or maquiladora environment.
  • Working knowledge of order-to-cash processes, including invoicing, payment terms, and AR coordination.
  • Experience processing orders and managing forecasts in ERP systems (JD Edwards, Oracle, or similar).
  • Understanding of consignment or Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands-on experience with JD Edwards (JDE), Oracle-based ERP systems, and/or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting consigned inventory programs.
  • Knowledge of Appliance industry segment.
