Solicita: Maintenance Superintendent

• Descripción y Requisitos

  Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and predictive programs.

  • Ensure safe working conditions and promote a strong safety culture across the maintenance team.

  • Develop departmental objectives aligned with operational goals.

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate maintenance personnel to ensure high performance and technical competence.

  • Monitor equipment performance and implement strategies to maximize uptime and reliability.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of failures.

  • Oversee maintenance planning systems and ensure accurate tracking of work orders and preventive schedules.

  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve operational issues.

  • Manage maintenance resources, including spare parts, tools, contractors, and budget control.

  • Support environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives within the department.

  Qualifications

  • At least five (5) years of experience leading or managing maintenance operations in an industrial environment.

  • Solid knowledge of maintenance systems, planning tools, and reliability practices (PM, CM, predictive strategies).

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • English communication skills (written required; conversational preferred).
