JOB SUMMARY
- Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the quality management system, in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and the code of conduct management system, so that it is an effective, efficient, and impactful management tool in all company processes and, therefore, demonstrates the ability to provide products or services that meet requirements and satisfy the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the code of conduct requirements.
2. Address and follow up on customer complaints, analyzing their relevance, confirming containment actions (quality alert, product segregation, and RMA if required), and ensuring the corresponding corrective actions are taken.
3. Coordinate the updating of the organizational context (SWOT, issues, stakeholders, scope) of the QMS.
4. Coordinate the risk analysis of the QMS processes, as well as oversee the FMEA and Control Plan for operational processes.
5. Coordinate the updating and dissemination of the quality policy and quality objectives.
6. Control and update the QMS documentation according to internal needs (manuals, processes, forms, work instructions, etc.)
7. Review, manage, and analyze Corrective Actions and their recurrence.
8. Deliver and evaluate QMS training: Inductions and the annual training plan.
9. Review the results of the annual customer satisfaction survey with Customer Service and propose improvement actions.
10. Manage the development of monitoring and measurement methods for the Quality and Environmental Management System (administer quality policy understanding surveys, conduct assigned internal audits, consolidate quality objective results, consolidate management review reports, follow up on management review commitments, configure the company dashboard and monitor KPI updates, and conduct assigned supplier audits).
11. Maintain the continuous improvement tracker and monitor QMS improvement projects.
12. Prepare and submit monthly customer reports as required by corporate headquarters.
13. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the environmental and quality management system.
14. Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the environmental and quality management system (e.g., implementing poka-yoke measures to expedite inspections or quality releases, maintaining physical samples of defects by workstation and material type, etc.)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years of experience in quality management system administration
- Implementation of quality management systems
LANGUAGES
English 90%. Spoken and written. Required
