    Job Summary

    The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management to support overall organizational success. This role serves as a strategic consultant to leadership on human resources matters, providing expert guidance in organizational design, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance.
    The HRBP drives initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership development, and adherence to labor laws and corporate policies. The position requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to influence and support leaders across different functions.

    Essential Responsibilities

    - Provide HR guidance to managers in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies.
    - Manage complex employee relations cases, ensuring fair investigations and accurate documentation.
    - Analyze HR metrics—including turnover, absenteeism, and engagement—and recommend evidence-based actions.
    - Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and corrective actions.
    - Facilitate change management initiatives and organizational transformation.
    - Partner with Talent Acquisition to fulfill staffing needs efficiently and in compliance with standards.
    - Support training and development programs to strengthen leadership and employee capabilities.
    - Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and corporate guidelines.
    - Lead communication and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and organizational updates.
    - Participate in audits and support HR compliance requirements.
    - Contribute to culture, engagement, and employee experience initiatives.
    - Assist HR leadership with special projects as needed.


    Education

    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    - Bilingual
    - 5 years of HR experience.
