Solicita: Planner-Buyer

• Descripción y Requisitos

  We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planner / Buyer to join our operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating production planning and purchasing activities to ensure material availability, inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production and material planning schedules aligned with customer demand.
  • Analyze MRP data to ensure proper inventory levels and timely replenishment of materials.
  • Generate and manage purchase orders according to production and forecast requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Track inventory levels and implement actions to reduce excess and obsolete stock.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
  • Maintain accurate ERP system data and prepare reports as required.

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in planning and/or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
