  Position Summary :The Senior CSR serves as the primary operational interface between customers and internal teams, overseeing complex account coordination, resolving escalations, and monitoring demand, service performance, and AR risk. This role provides data-driven insights, supports process standardization, and delivers analytical and operational guidance to strengthen overall CSR team performance.

  
  Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary operational interface between strategic customers and internal departments.
  • Manage customer orders through ERP / EDI from receipt to delivery, ensuring accurate processing, confirmations, system data integrity, and on-time delivery performance.
  • Coordinate with planning, production, logistics, warehouse, purchasing, engineering, and program teams to support on-time delivery and resolve customer escalations or supply risks.
  • Support engineering changes, new product launches, and SOP transitions.
  • Analyze customer demand, including forecast trends and backlog exposure, to provide analytical and operational insights that support management decision-making.
  • Monitor accounts receivable exposure and support payment risk management.
  • Support customer performance reviews and internal operations meetings.
  • Standardize reporting and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with management requirements and internal procedures.

  
  Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably

  
  Competences:

  • Experience with ERP systems SAP
  • Knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016
  • Proven skills with MS Office programs
  • Bilingual English-Spanish
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills to support operational decision-making
