  MRP Supervisor 
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  - Oversee daily operation of MRP system to ensure accurate material planning and timely supply for production.
  - Validate and maintain BOM accuracy, item master data, lead times, and planning parameters.
  - Review MRP outputs and analyze exception messages, shortages, and material risks.
  - Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are ordered according to production needs and safety stock levels.
  - Supervise, train, and develop a team of MRP Planners.
  - Assign and monitor workload, ensuring compliance with planning processes and KPIs.
  -Conduct regular performance reviews and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  - Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Demand Planning teams.
  - Communicate material risks, shortages, and potential production impacts.
  - Support engineering changes (ECOs), NPI builds, ramp?ups, and phase?outs.
  -Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal balance—minimizing excess while preventing line?down situations.
  - Manage cycle counts and root cause analysis for discrepancies.
  - Improve planning accuracy through data validation and parameter optimization.
  -Identify opportunities to streamline MRP processes.
  - Lead projects to enhance planning accuracy, automate reports, and reduce material shortages.
  - Implement best practices aligned with electronics manufacturing standards.
  
  
  Education
  
  -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  -3–5 years of experience in MRP, production planning, or materials management within the electronics or high?volume manufacturing industry.
  -1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, or equivalent).
  
  Technical Skills
  
  -Strong understanding of BOM structures, ECO processes, and material planning logic.
  -Advanced Excel skills and experience with data?driven decision-making.
  -Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kanban, and inventory management methodology.
