  Job Summary

  We are seeking a proactive and analytical Industrial Engineer with conversational English skills to support process optimization, productivity improvement, and cost reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve manufacturing and administrative processes while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

  Key Responsibilities

  • New project planning: Definition of scope, timeline, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project launch.
  • Cost estimate: Development and analysis of project budgets, including labor, materials, and operational expenses.
  • Capacity assessment: Evaluation of current and future production capacity to meet project and business requirements.
  • HR assessment: Identification of staffing needs, required skills, and organizational impact for project execution.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Alignment with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and HR teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Equipment & process coordination: Definition and synchronization of machinery, tooling, and process requirements for optimal performance.

  Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Conversational English (able to participate in interviews, meetings, and email communication).
  • +2 year of experience in manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Proficiency in Auto CAD or SolidWork or layout design softwares in a professional environment
  • Factory & production line layout planning

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Plex, etc.).
  • Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification.
  • Experience working with multicultural teams.
