    SUMMARY:

    Provide support for local employees in the areas of end user support, programming/configuring devices and documentation of all hardware and software at the location.


    Works under the direction of the Client Server Operations Supervisor.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Monitor all open help desk tickets for support at all locations.
    2. Perform troubleshooting on site and remote.
    3. Follow all policies and procedures at the company.
    4. Install, configure, document and repair all hardware and software.
    5. Have time management skills, to be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
    6. Provide support for Shop floor systems such as balancers, labeling printer and handheld scanners with Corporate IT guidance.
    7. Provide medium level support before escalating to Corporate IT.
    8. Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions such as onsite cameras and time clocks while communicating with vendors, and other employees
    9. Organize and file documentation pertaining license compliance for the site
    10. Evaluate the site needs and make recommendations on technology solutions while assisting the supervisor in planning a budget for the site
    11. Full-service responsibilities for all contracted multi-function machines, including ordering supplies and coordinating service tickets.
    12. Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries from the user community regarding errors, problems or questions about programs and/or the proper use of the systems. (Remote Helpdesk)

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

    None


    TRAVEL:

    Regular and extended or overnight travel to other Morrison Products, Inc. facilities or customer sites as required.


    CONFIDENTIALITY:

    Employee has access to confidential production, payroll and personnel information as well as access to corporate revenue and profit figures.


    EDUCATION REQUIRED:

    High school/GED required
    AS in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience is preferred.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    1+ year of experience in Help Desk/end user support. Experience with Windows 11, antivirus software and cabling. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
