    General DeEscrituraion

    The TA Supervisor / Recruitment Supervisor is responsible of leading talent acquisition team and ensure that vacancies are filled by candidates that meet the job profile Responsible to create and maintain all advertisements and postings using on online job boards and other media; Assisting in preparing advertisements and suggesting approaches to employment advertising; Follow through the entire hiring process; interview the candidates; collect personal documents; data entry on HCP; new employees file control; badge print, Interview techniques, demonstrated ability as a recruiter in a variety of positions across various functional disciplines and ability to manage time and projects.

    This Roll is responsible for:

    • Coordinate with managers to carry out the recruitment process from start to finish.
    • Collaborates in creating recruitment plans, creates and carries out strategies to fill positions.
    • Build and maintain internal partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.
    • Interview and evaluate candidates on job-related factors such as experience, education, training, knowledge, skills and other data pertinent to the classification and selection.
    • Monitor and drive recruitment KPIS (Time to fill, time to hire, acceptance rate, source of hire) and implement corrective actions when needed.
    • Maintain PMX Recruitment System and train users.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports.
    • Act as escalation point for complex vacancies and stakeholder’s conflicts.
    • Manage data associated with the recruitment process to ensure that all relevant employee data, process, and final hiring decision are made in an appropriate manner.

    Basic Requirements

    • Bachelor degree completed or in progress
    • Conversational English (non-negotiable +B2 or higher)
    • +2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment manufacturing environments
    • Proven experience leading recruitment teams
    • Strong knowledge of recruitments KPIs
    • Ability to work on-site
