  Quality Engineer
  
  
  Experience:
  
  At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  Experience handling customer audits and addressing findings.
  Strong knowledge of quality tools (8D, 5 Why’s, Ishikawa, etc.).
  Experience with corrective actions, KPIs, and objective tracking.
  Preferably experience in the manufacturing industry.
  Knowledge or certification in ISO 9001 and/or ASQ/AS9100 is a plus.
  
  Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree completed (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields).
  
  Technical Skills:
  
  English proficiency 80% or higher (reading, writing, and verbal communication).
  MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
  Power BI experience is a plus.
