Position Purpose
Responsible for collaborating with operations, maintenance, and supply processes for special projects, including asset management, infrastructure, and external personnel dedicated to service and maintenance tasks at AirLife.
Facilitator of equipment and spare parts supply, and production support for automated and semi-automated equipment.
Main responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining inventory for critical parts
• Complete/perform Preventive – corrective maintenance
• Responsible for managing KPI’s on area
Qualifications:
• Degree Engineering Mechatronics, Electronic, Electromechanics
• Advanced English proficiency (80%+).
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, mechanics, Pneumatic, Electrical and Electronics
• Knowledge of Maintenance systems RCM & TPM
• Knowledge of Quality systems ISO 13485
• Knowledge of industrial safety OSHA
• Knowledge of chemical waste management and environment NOMS ISO14000
• Knowledge of Net systems Modbus, Profinet
• Knowledge of electrical control
Level of Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience on PLC’s programming (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi)
• 3-5 years of experience in software programming (C++, Phyton)
• 3-5 years of programming HMI, SCADA
• 3-5 years of programming robots (Fanuc, Universal robots, etc)
• 3-5 years of experience on industrial equipment
