Responsibilities:
· Manage customer relationship for new and existing business · New customer account set up process
· Sell products and services
· Respond to customer communication promptly
· Confirm customer orders upon receipt
· Enter customer orders
· Track supplier orders to provide ETA’s
· Packing list creation
· Invoice creation
· Coordinate deliveries with warehouse
· Manage proof of deliveries
· Customer price list management
· Administrative duties as assigned
· Manage supplier relationships (national and international)
· Work with quality related issue to find resolution
· Inventory report management
· Ensure customer satisfaction
· Provide professional customer support
· Interpersonal Skills (Positive and friendly attitude)
Requirements:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management, or 3 years’ experience in relevant field
· Proven track record of working as a customer service representative, outside/inside sales, marketing representative, call center, or relevant work experience
· Strong understanding of customer service and sales process and policies
· Good oral and written communication skills
· Fluent in English and Spanish (50% or better)
· Good problem-solving skills
· Proficient computer skills (Microsoft office suite)
· Ability to manage time effectively
· Active listener with excellent phone communication skills
· Ability to create reports and conduct a cost analysis
· Extremely detail-oriented
· Strong organizational skills
· A keen eye to detail
