  Purpose of the position:

  • Responsible for Supply Chain Management planning and management.
  • Requires rich experience in SCM development & management, know well of international trade related knowledge, be familiar with customs affairs and related laws and regulations.

  Main Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust forecast review process with the Customer Focus Team at the manufacturing sites that will enable forecast attainment improvements.
  • Has regular communication with customers related to demand, commitments, non-performing inventory, and future process changes /improvements.
  • Provides direction and ensures proper process implementation of SCM.
  • Provides leadership and direction to the team and leads process development and development of SCM improvement strategies.
  • Daily work supervision, KPI management.
  • Manpower planning & organization planning & team building.

  Education:

  • Engineering/Administration.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Production Planning Manager.
  • 1 years of experience in the purchasing process.
  • Previous experience within an electronic manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in SMT
  • 1 years of experience leading Planners and Buyers.

  Languages:

  • English/ Advanced.

  MS Office:

  • Excel/ Word/Power Point (Advanced)
