  Serve as business partner to leadership team in operational efficiency, financial analysis, forecasting and planning. Developing effective working relationships with key leaders in the plant and across the organization. Provide consolidated business results for both Mexican and US GAAP in both Hyperion and Oracle. Achieve continuous improvement in asset management to include leading SKU and SLOB reduction initiatives, inventory turns analysis and fill rates improvement. Managing the Juarez finance and customs teams, encouraging their development and progression. Maintaining and delivering sound financial and business analysis to the business unit leadership team. Coordinating activities with other corporate departments including but not limited to General Ledger, IT, Finance, Tax, and Human Resources. Coordinating external reporting and requirements with the Mexican government, auditors, etc. Insuring compliance with corporate accounting policies and internal controls. Required Skills & Experience:   BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred. 10+ years’ progressive experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated record of performance in both financial and operational aspects. P&L experience desirable. Bilingual – English and Spanish. Preferred Skills & Experience:   Highly effective leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface across all levels of the organization. Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to rapidly analyze situations to arrive at an effective decision. Self-directed with a focus on process/continuous improvement. Ability to effectively perform within a matrix organization covering multiple business units. Ability to prepare forecasts and implement and maintain US-GAAP compliant business practices. Strong controller background. Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Hyperion and Oracle highly desirable.
