  Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the administration of the company's LAN (Wifi Routers).
  • Documenting networking nodes and information.
  • Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments Zoom.
  • Two-way radios administration
  • Oversees our systems backups, archiving and performing Recovery Test.
  • Inventory Control and maintenance of all IT Assets in Juarez
  • Oversees CCTV and Voice Paging System
  • attend all help desk activities at the local level.
  • Responds to escalated help desk issues.
  • Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking Mexican software ( CONTPAQ, ADMINPAQ, SCAII-SCAFF). optional
  • Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers.
  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of IT Supplies at local level.
  • Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
  • Support to PC, Printers, Videoconference System
  • AS400 and Epicor basic user support. (Unlock PO’s, Orders and Users)
