  BASIC DUTIES:
  

  1. Manage the PCBA process, handle production anomaly analysis, lead teamwork, provide written reports, and enhance horizontal communication with relevant departments. 

  2. Operate office automation, PCBA process, PFMEA, DFMEA, SPC, MSA, and other related software. 

  3. Develop departmental rules and regulations, job responsibilities, and lead the implementation and execution of departmental KPI assessments. 

  4. Motivate and develop subordinates' management skills, SMT, DIP, MSA, and PE, cultivating talent. 

  5. Assist with NPI pilot production, providing equipment and technical resources. 

  5. Communicate and implement senior management's instructions and requirements. 

  EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY REQUIRED: 
  

  University or above 

  Office computer operation 

  More than five years of work experience 

  Candidates with experience in SMT, DIP wave soldering, selective soldering, SPI / AOI / X-Ray/MSA 

   management will be given priority for interview 

  ENGLISH LEVEL 90% 
  

  Abilities? 
  1. Graduate in electrical/electronic/mechanical engineering. 

  2. Knowledge of ESD, 5S training, quality concepts, on-site management, and IATF 16949.
