  Key Responsibilities

  Coordinate and development of weekly/monthly analysis of Profit and Losses account in order to make sure there’s no overspending and keep everything align with the projection. Responsible for Mexican Month Close, providing information support of accruals to share services. Running and analyzing the expense performance in order to prepare the forecast and commitment. Maintain fixed asset control. Be part of coordination of fixed asset physical inventory. Review all the expense report for corporate credit cards and cash advance. Checking and work with Capitalization projects, following the process with the project leader and customs. Active participation as a Finance leader in annual inventory. Provide accurate information to internal and external audits, follow up reconciliation corporate process and attend SOX process.

  PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining, and critical analysis. MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) Good verbal and written communication skills. Analytics Skills Required Education / Experience / Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 3+ years. Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years Accounting Certification Preferred (ex. CPA, ACA). Travel:  No   Language:  +70%  Bilingual English and Spanish is required.
