    Technical Customer Engineer

    Position objective:


    In this position you will provide expert-level technical support and solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable manufacturing and or Harness, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem-solving in dynamic customer environments (Ford, GM, STLA).


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor´s degree (preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineer)
    • 3+ years of experience Automotive area
    • Knowledge of automotive standards and specifications
    • Experience in OEM projects
    • Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Schedule availability   

                                      
    Main responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and customers, providing pre- and post-sales technical support.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues related to quality claims
    • Work closely with R&D and Industrial performance teams to relay customer feedback and ensure successful product implementations.
    • Customer visit on manufacturing and technical centers.
    • Provide technical training and documentation for customer engineering and field teams.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards (e.g., OEM standards, ISO and others), trends, and emerging technologies.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical input and support during the customer new requests.
    • Create and maintain technical documentation available in an easy way.
