  Job Summary
  We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Training Manager to lead the development and execution of learning and development strategies. The HR Training Manager will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing custom training programs, and fostering employee growth to support organizational goals.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  • Design and implement effective training frameworks and programs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and update training plans, materials, and tools to ensure they meet organizational and industry standards.
  • Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
  • Lead onboarding programs to ensure new employees are equipped with the skills needed for success.
  • Develop training assessments and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
  • Design and implement leadership and management development programs to cultivate emerging talent and current leaders within the organization.
  
  Skills and Qualifications
  
  • Proven experience as a Training Manager  at least 5 years
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Bilingual Spanish-English
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training methodologies.
  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and delivering training programs (both in-person and online).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and departments.
