   Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
  • Advanced English (90%)
  • SAP expertise (MM/PP preferred)
  • Valid U.S. visa (B1/B2)
  • Experience in automotive or Tier 1/Tier 2 manufacturing 8+ years
  • Proven leadership of Materials, Planning, or Supply Chain teams

   Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Materials Management and Materials Planning with a highly customer?centric approach
  • Ensure world?class service levels through efficient inventory management and demand planning
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all supply chain processes
  • Analyze KPIs, forecasts, and customer trends to support business strategy
  • Strengthen collaboration with Procurement, Production, Logistics and other cross?functional teams
  • Implement Lean/Kaizen methodologies to reduce cost and improve operational flow
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high?performing supply chain team
