Background:
- Working for companies similar size or complexity as BRP
- Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronic, manufacturing or electrical career
- A minimum of 10 years in maquiladora and/or automotive industry
- Proven experience as maintenance manager and Engineering manager 6 years minimum.
Experience:
- Strong Leadership skills
- Financial Budget preparation and follow up (OPEX/CAPEX).
- Business Continuity Plan (Preparation and Execution).
- Lead Cost Reduction initiatives.
- Safety Management System implementation (Participate).
- Knowledge of Mexican and international standards such as NOM, OSHA, ISO-9001, ANSI, NFPA & FM Global.
- Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System, Purchasing and Cyber Security Policies.
- Risk Management and Change Management.
- Strong knowledge in Lean and problem-solving tools.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Strong knowledge in Project Management.
- Industry 4.0
- Strategic Thinking.
