  Supply Chain Specialist
  
  Position Purpose
  The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of supply chain activities, ensuring the efficient and timely flow of materials, products, and information in alignment with service levels, cost targets, and quality standards established by the organization.
  
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  -Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure continuity of operations.
  -Coordinate with suppliers, planning, procurement, logistics, and production teams to guarantee timely material availability.
  -Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and compliance.
  -Analyze demand, inventory, and lead-time data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  -Identify potential supply chain risks and propose preventive or corrective actions.
  -Maintain and update information in ERP systems (orders, inventory, supply plans).
  -Support supply chain optimization projects, including cost reduction, lead-time improvement, and process enhancements.
  -Prepare and maintain reports and KPIs related to supply chain performance (OTD, inventory levels, turns, coverage, etc.).
  -Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
  
  Position Requirements
  
  -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
  -2 to 4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or related roles.
  -Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics processes.
  -Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
  -Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  -Intermediate to advanced English level (preferred for international supplier communication).
