Requirements and education
Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in:
Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations
Management, Manufacturing, Production and Operations Management, Systems
Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering.
Experience Required: 7-10 years.
Key objectives
Manage production and plan the necessary resources,
supervise the execution of tasks, and lead teams to increase performance and
competency levels. Responsible for optimizing the company's productive
resources to achieve progressive productivity growth while meeting quality
specifications.
Responsibilities
- Execute production plans by assembling, testing, and
packaging products with the highest possible quality, complying with all safety
standards, safety rules, systems, procedure, instructions, policies,
specifications and regulations at the lowest possible cost and meeting delivery
goals.
- Receive, review, analyze, communicate, coordinate, and
control the timely implementation and training of changes and improvements to
assembly methods, testing methods, and processes requested by the client and/or
R&D teams.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate capacity analysis
information.
- Drive the necessary actions to ensure we have adequate
capacity to meet customer needs.
- Evaluate the impact of capacity on lines when developing
and implementing new processes and/or methods of doing things.
- Coordinate the implementation of changes and improvements
to general processes whenever required.
- Provide support in cost and pricing analysis and
preparation of quotes related to general site processes.
- Provide organized, safe, ergonomic, effective, and
efficient layouts that maximize the utilization of space and equipment.
