  Job Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade compliance, customs, or supply chain management within a multi-country or manufacturing environment
  • At least 2 years of leadership, functional oversight, or senior individual contributor experience
  • Licensed Customs Broker or equivalent professional designation (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of global trade compliance principles and risk management frameworks
  • Demonstrated expertise in tariff classification, customs valuation, and country of origin determination
  • Working knowledge of customs regulations in Mexico, Canada, the United States, and China
  • Experience managing customs brokers and third-party service providers
  • Strong understanding of Free Trade Agreements and preferential trade programs
  • Experience with warranty returns and related customs considerations
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
