  Job Title: Program Management Engineer

  Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize program delivery and ensure resources are allocated appropriately across projects.
  2. Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
  3. Lead, coach, and mentor the program management team, conducting regular reviews to ensure team performance and professional growth.
  4. Foster a team environment focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  5. Lead customer meetings to provide updates, manage expectations, and address any concerns.
  6. Ensure on-time communication and strong alignment with customer needs and expectations.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  8. Risk Assessment & Problem Solving:
  9. Oversee adherence to regulatory standards, quality systems, and customer-specific requirements (e.g., IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
  10. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  Key Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. 4+ years of experience in project or program management within the electronics manufacturing or PCBA industry, with at least 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
  3. PMP (Project Management Professional) or related certification highly desirable.

  Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma practices and continuous improvement methodologies.
  2. Experience managing technical projects in compliance with industry standards like ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IPC-A-610, or IPC-J-STD-001.
  3. Ability to manage overseas suppliers and teams, with knowledge of operations in a global manufacturing business.
