        • Requirements:

        • Associate degree; Bachelor’s degree in IT, or equivalent working experience in Information Technology.

        • English 50% +

        • Windows computer and server system.

        • Computer software, hardware and networking systems troubleshooting.

        • Good communicative skills.

        • 
          

          Responsibilities:

        • Maintain, setup and repair workstations with computers, laptop and necessary peripheral devices.

        • Report network interruptions and server outages.

        • Scan and remove computer viruses.

        • Monitor support tickets and document all processes, maintain the IT equipment inventory list.

        • Assists employees with technology issues.

        • Scan and remove computer viruses.

        • Experience:
