• Descripción y Requisitos

  
  ACTIVITIES:
  
  • Review customer variations and assess inventory levels and build plans.
  • Coordinate S&OP meeting preparation and organize the meeting with all the functions (OPS, ME, IE, PC, Sales, HR, etc.)
  • Develop, Maintain, and communicate rolling 4 week Manufacturing Build Plan
  • React to customer demand variations and work with CSR to propose/ agree dispatch plans 
  • Develop, Maintain, and communicate the Production schedule
  • Monitor and Manage Finished Goods Inventory Levels
  • React to abnormal situations to prevent customer shipment impact
  • Escalate unusual inventory discrepancies for appropriate counting / actions
  SKILLS/EDUCATION:
  Systems (ERP & Excel) Skills
  Results driven and Problem Solving Skills
  Ability to develop good working relationships with Manufacturing & Lean teams & colleagues
  English Language skills adapted to the key customer base where possible
  Professional degree (engineering or bachelor's degree)
