  Position Summary:
  
  The MPM & NPI Manager is responsible for leading material planning strategies and managing new product introduction projects to ensure seamless integration from design to production. This role combines supply chain expertise with project management skills to meet cost, quality, and delivery objectives while driving operational excellence in the electronics manufacturing environment.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop and implement material strategies aligned with project timelines and customer requirements.
  - Oversee NPI projects from concept through mass production, ensuring manufacturability and compliance with industry standards.
  - Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to achieve project milestones.
  - Manage supplier relationships to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  - Monitor inventory levels and implement cost optimization initiatives.
  - Define project schedules, allocate resources, and mitigate risks related to material shortages or production delays.
  - Prepare and present status reports on material readiness and NPI progress to senior management.
  - Drive continuous improvement initiatives for material planning and NPI processes.
  
  Qualifications:
  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  - 5+ years of experience in material planning and NPI/project management within the electronics industry.
  - Proficient in ERP systems and project management tools.
  - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  - Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.
