     Eaton CPA looking for a Customer Service


    PRIMARY FUNCTION:

    Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and solving in a timely fashion. Serving as primary contact of for customers and managing questions via email, telephone, etc.



    Essential functions:

    • Follow up emails from customers daily and provide answer.
    • Help customers with questions and provide response regarding of expedite requests, cancellations, orders on hold, etc.
    • Assist the production meetings to communicate any expedite orders
    • Review the aging orders with planning department.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of experience in customer service
    • Knowledge in Microsoft Office/ Vista/Mapics.
    • English fluency 75% (writing, reading and speaking)
    • Great communication skills
    • Quick response to deadlines and priorities
