• Descripción y Requisitos

  Position Summary: Manages daily/weekly/monthly build schedule to ensure customer RK/PK is met.     Reviews and manages safety stock levels on internal and external parts.   Collaborates with planners, suppliers, and Customer Service to drive RK/PK improvements. Interfaces with marketing, sales, production, planners, suppliers, and engineering managers to resolve manning, material shortages, backlogs, and potential delays while proactively seeking the cross functional resolutions. Ensures item data is updated to support the appropriate safety stock/kanban levels that are needed.  Ensures minimum quarterly reviews with internal and external suppliers based on expected demand levels working with the Sourcing team as needed for any contractual changes.  Collaborates with cross functional teams to drive and expedite planned builds with corrective action analysis on expedites to reduce/eliminate the need for expedites in the future.      Determines kanban/safety stock inventory levels both internally and externally striving for minimum exposure for inventory goals,  obsolescence, and Quality Assurance (QA) hold exposure.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, analyze, and promise customer orders.
  •  Schedule production.
  •  Assign each order the required shipping date as far as possible.
  •  Obtain information on expired orders.
  • Analyze plant constraints to avoid bottlenecks.
  • Provide guidance on forecast with suppliers

  PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to do tactical reporting, data mining, and critical analysis.
  • MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Ability to utilize ERP/MRP systems (SAP Oracle Preferred)
  • Digital media management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  Required Education / Experience / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 3+ years. Proactive, Self-motivated, Results Oriented.
