  Position: Junior Building Maintenance Engineer
  Wiwynn México Planta 3 (Parque Industrial Intermex Sur) 

  Job Objective

  Support the operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, ensuring the proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and general service systems, while guaranteeing safety, operational continuity, and compliance with applicable regulations.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs for the building.

  • Supervise and follow up on work performed by external vendors and contractors.

  • Conduct periodic inspections of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and mechanical systems.

  • Assist in the management and control of work orders and maintenance reports.

  • Identify failures, risks, or deviations in equipment and facilities.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.

  • Support the management of spare parts, tools, and materials.

  • Participate in infrastructure improvement and energy efficiency projects.

  • Keep technical documentation and maintenance logs up to date.

  • Support the response to facility-related emergencies.

  Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities, or general services.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and civil works.

  • Basic ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.

  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word).

  • Availability for emergency response or on-call shifts (depending on operations).

  Desired Technical Knowledge

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance.

  • Low and medium voltage electrical systems.

  • HVAC systems.

  • Plumbing, hydraulic, and sanitary systems.

  • Safety and hygiene regulations.

  • Experience with CMMS or maintenance management systems (preferred).
