RESPONSABILITIES:
1. Manage and Develop Sales Team & Customer Service Team;
2. Supervise and Manage Account ok key Customer;
3. Define, create and implement the Sales & Business Development Strategy;
4. Sales statistic monitoring;
5. KPI monitoring
6. B to B Sales Offline and Online;
7. Coordinate Trade Show attendance;
8. Collaborate with marketing team to define marketing strategy for Latam and South West USA;
9. Experience in sales export
10. Leads the quoting team in feasibility reviews with customers and follow-up action items.
11. Prepares quotes and on-time submissions to the customer.
12. Maintains quoting records.
13. Occasionally visits customer’s on new projects, when required.
14. Reports to upper Management quoting results.
15. Knowledge on Metal Fabrication and/or Metal Stamping
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1. Experiences to create and implement a Sales & Marketing Strategy;
2. At least 5 to 10 years’ experience in sales;
3. Engineering Diploma or Business Diploma Or related studies;
4. Flexibility and ability to work under pressure;
5. Proven capabilities to deliver results;
6. Proficient in Spanish & English;
7. Experience with B2B sales in industrial and commercial fields;
8. General IT knowledge (ERP, Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
9. Passport and Ability to travel frequently to sites, including foreign countries.
