  Learning and Development Supervisor
  Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Program Development:
  1. Regularly update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  2. Coordinate and execute training sessions, workshops, and learning activities across the organization.
  3. Collaborate with HR to structure and oversee onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  4. Leverage e-learning platforms, webinars, learning management systems (LMS), and other technology-driven tools to deliver effective and engaging training experiences.

  Qualifications and Skills

  1. Educational Background:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  2. Experience:
  1. Proficient in e-learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
  3. Language Skills:
  1. Advanced English proficiency (minimum 70%) for engaging with diverse teams and delivering training content.
  4. Core Skills:
  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities—both written and verbal.
  2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to effectively supervise and inspire both trainers and trainees.
  3. Analytical and critical thinking skills to assess training outcomes and align them with business objectives.
