Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the daily operations of the company or plant.
• Ensure the achievement of productivity, quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Implement and follow up on continuous improvement strategies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Manage and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with cross-functional areas such as Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor and analyze operational KPIs and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Participate in strategic planning and executive-level decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications (ISO, IATF, etc.).
• Promote a culture of high performance, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present executive reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and the company’s code of ethics.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Industrial
• Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in operational areas.
• Previous experience in leadership roles or team management.
• Experience in production, quality, and materials.
Process management and continuous improvement.
• KPI management and tracking.
• Experience in budget administration and cost control.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in SAP system.
• Advanced English.
• Valid Laser Visa.
